Dickie Stickhead was born March 6, 1962, the youngest of 7 in Nashville Tennessee to Earl and Loretta Stickhead.  Dickie's daddy Earl worked full time in the coal mines as a canary wrangler, and his mamma Loretta Lynn Stickhead was a full time stay at home mother and part time piano teacher and rodeo tutor.  Loretta and Earl sold two cows to send Dickie to study music at Radford University, in Radford Virgina.

Dickie is married to his high school sweetheart, Debbie Sue Stickhead, nicknamed double D because her maiden name was Debbie Sue Dillon.  She bakes, dances, sings backup, and loves her man.  They have 3 somewhat beautiful children.

His hit Thanksgiving theme song "The Turkey Song", came to him in a dream during a concussion, after he crashed his truck avoiding a herd of turkeys.  Since that moment he has lived his life by the philosophy of the song.  "Gobble gobble", eat up life,  and "strut, strut", be proud of who you are, where you've been and where you're going.

He is accompanied on the song by his sister in law Vickie Stickhead, affectionately known as triple H, which stands for Hot Hillbilly Harlot of the family, and Ellie May, his youngest sister, who didn't speak until she was 16, she has been singing since she was 3.

Vickie Stickhead who was the sound engineer and music composition director, is actually a pop star under the name Victoria Mazze, named after an ear of corn
